Yesterday was the big 20 week ultrasound. Beth and I were amazed at the technology, but even more amazed that we could see out little one moving around. Baby had the hiccups which was entertaining to watch. From our research in learning about this whole process it seems the digestive system is now formed and starting to function. I guess hiccups are a good indication the digestive juices are flowing.
Beth has not felt any movement yet, but it was comforting to see how active the baby was. A little camera shy as it's kept covering it's face with arms and hands. Maybe looking for a thumb to suck on to pass the time. Our doctor said Beth should start to feel movement in the next few weeks.
